ONLINE REGISTRATION:
The cost is $40 per person. Tickets will not be sent in advance. Instead, you will receive your ticket at the registration table when you arrive.
Luncheon seating will be assigned in advance with eight people per table. Please indicate with whom you would like to be seated in the box below:
